BASE RATES
-- based on a 7 night stay – double occupancy – plus tax, US dollars
additional guests $10 per person per night
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Minimum stay 5 nights – Cleaning fee $90 for less than 7 nights stay and
slightly higher night rate.
$300 deposit required within 7 days for securing reservation
($600 for 28+ days reservation).
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival in low season – 60 days in high season
Refundable security / damage deposit $300 included with final payment
Cancellation Policy:
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival. All
Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival – 60
days for high season.
