Located between the towns of Lahaina and Wailea, and just 20-30 minutes away from Makena, Kapalua, and Kaanapali.

Only a 12-minute drive from the airport in Kahului, OGG.

Just a short walk from a secluded, 4 mile, Ma'alaea white sand  beach that borders the Kealia Nature Preserve. Further down is Sugar Beach.  Early morning walks are most enjoyable on this stretch of beach and a perfect way to begin your mornings.

A short walk in the opposite direction takes you to Ma'alaea Harbor,  Maui Aquarium, shops, and restaurants.  At the harbor you can catch one of many popular boat excursions to Molikini for snorkeling, fishing, sunset cruises or whale watching.

Ma'alaea Village is quiet, peaceful, and a centrally located area with everything you need nearby, all within easy walking distance.

 RATES:    Renting Direct from the Owner Saves You Money
 

RATES are based on a 7+ night stay –  plus tax (12.42%), US dollars
(maximum of 4 guests)
Deposit of $400 required within 7 - 10 days for securing reservation.
              ($1000 for 28+ days reservation)
Remaining amount due is required 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for high season)
For less than 7 nights, a one time housekeeping fee of $125
Minimum of 5 nights reservation, 7 nights high season, 12 nights holidays
Refundable Security / damage deposit of $300 included with final payment.

Refundable Deposits  ---  are fully refundable if the condo is left in good order and the pool gate key is returned to the condo.  ($50 fee for lost keys).  Additional charges may be incurred for any breakage, damage, or housekeeping charges beyond normal use, such an excessive laundry, unwashed dishes, or additional cleaning required. The deposit refund, less any deductions, will be mailed within  14-28 days of check-out. Refund will be determined by inspection provided by our housekeeper after your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival.
All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival
(60 days for high season). Cancellation on or after arrival - all funds forfeited.
