*  Deposit of $300 required within 7 - 10 days for securing reservation.
                   ($600 for 28+ days reservation)
*  Remaining amount due is required 45 days prior to arrival
                                                          (60 days for high   season)
*  Maximum of 4 guests
*  For less than 7 nights, one time housekeeping fee of $90 and higher rates
*  Minimum of 5 nights reservation

CANCELLATION  POLICY:
*  $100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival
                                                                     (60 days for high season.)
*  All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival
                                                                     (60 days for high season).
*  Cancellation on or after arrival - all funds forfeited.

Discounts of 5%-15% for longer stays & returning guests
