RATES
are quoted based on a 7+ night reservation –  plus tax 13.42%, US dollars
(maximum of 4 guests)

POLICY"
Deposit of $300 required within 7 - 10 days for securing reservation.
              ($600 for 28+ days reservation)
Remaining amount due is required 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for high season)
For less than 7 nights, one time housekeeping fee of $95
Minimum of 5 nights reservation
Cancellation Policy:
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival.
All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival
(60 days for high season). Cancellation on or after arrival - all funds forfeited.

Discounts of 5%-15% for  returning guests and longer stays 3 plus weeks
